Yes, we recommend a meet-and-greet session before commencing regular services. This allows your pet to become familiar with their assigned carer and gives us a chance to understand their needs better.

What happens if my regular carer is unavailable?

We maintain detailed care notes for every pet. If your usual team member is unavailable, a fully briefed colleague will step in. We always notify you in advance of any changes.

Are your team members insured?
